# Úvod

Otevřené REST API systému Retailys umožňuje komukoliv programování svých vlastních aplikací  přinášející novou funkcionalitu do administrace, programování napojení na externí aplikace (účetní či skladové softwary) či jen vytváření drobných aplikací určených pro specifickou činnost (např. souhrnné analýzy či statistiky).

Naše aplikace vyvíjíme pomocí frameworku Symfony. Používáme devstack s docker image v Azure od Microsoftu v cloudu.

Typické typy aplikací, které lze díky REST API systému Retailys.com programovat, jsou zejména tyto:

* nové prodejní kanály (tržiště, srovnávače zboží, sociální sítě,...)
* můstky na účetní, skladové či ERP systémy
* logistika (dopravci, logistická centra)
* exporty do reklamních systémů
* analytické nástroje, business intelligence
* napojení na zdroje dat (např. dodavatele)
